Shane's primary focus is to promote Excel Sales Consulting training &/or workshops for various industries and provide training. Shane has been in sales and sales management for most of his adult life, utilizing his skills to achieve the highest levels in whatever industry he is in. He brings with him years of experience in the automotive industry and most recently, the energy sector as well. Because Shane has been on both sides of the equation, he brings with him the ability to overcome the challenges that sales people and managers deal with on a day-to-day basis. Ralf Kaiser has 20 years experience in sales, sales management, marketing and leadership roles. Most recently, he was Vice President, Sales, Western Canada for a major investment management firm. Ross Chevalier - Canadian Corporate Development
Ross has been in the automotive industry for most of his life. He has extensive experience in Parts, Service and Vehicle Sales in both dealerships and the aftermarket..

After graduating from The University of Alberta, Faculty of Commerce, he practiced as a Chartered Accountant before returning to the automobile industry as a Toyota Dealer in the lower mainland of British Columbia . He has served on the Board of The New Car Dealers Association of British Columbia as well as on a number of National Committees for Toyota Canada .

Ross has a broad understanding of the complexities of our industry as a whole, as well as the detailed knowledge and experience of its’ day to day operations. He has a passion for its “Operational Processes” and the belief that the Development, Application and especially the Monitoring of these processes are the keys to your success.

 

 

 

 

Andrew Ironside - IT and Marketing Manager
